- "Application": Navigo by Amigo mobile Application.
- "Data Controller": The entity responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing Personal Data, including the security measures concerning the operation and use of this Application. The Data Controller, unless otherwise specified, is Amigo Inovasi Digital, PT.

1.2 Amigo Inovasi Digital PT is the Owner and Data Controller.
