This Privacy Policy is designed to inform you about how we, Amigo Inovasi Digital PT, a company duly incorporated and organized under the laws of Indonesia, having its registered address at Ruko Gravitas Blok B2 No.3, Wana Kerta, Sindang Jaya, Kab. Tangerang, Banten (hereinafter referred to as "AMIGOID," "we," "our," "us," or the "Company"), collect, use, store, process, and share your information in relation to your access and use of the Navigo by Amigo mobile Application.

1.2 Amigo Inovasi Digital PT is the Owner and Data Controller.

(b) Contact Data: Includes email address, address, and phone number.

(c) Content Data: Includes content created while using the Application, such as saved catches, locations, and uploaded images.

(d) Technical Data: Includes information about the device you use to access the Application and details about that device.

(e) Profile Data: Includes User ID numbers, purchase history, account settings, and other profile information.

(f) Usage Data: Includes information about how you use the Application.

(g) Marketing and Communications Data: Includes your preferences regarding marketing communications from Amigo Inovasi Digital and third parties.

2.2 We do not sell your Personal Information and only share it with third parties when necessary to provide the Service. The content you submit via the Service belongs to you, and we do not disclose individual account data with other users or third parties unless required by law.
